Cancellation Policy
Appointments are complimentary. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least two hours’ notice whenever possible. Scheduling a consultation does not guarantee property availability, showing confirmation, loan approval, interest rates, or loan terms. It also does not establish a real estate agency, brokerage, or lending relationship. Any required agreements and disclosures will be completed separately in writing.
